Dapsone-d8 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of dapsone by GC- or LC-MS. Dapsone is an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial compound that is widely used in the treatment of leprosy, malaria, acne, and various immune disorders.1 Dapsone is acetylated in the liver to monoacetyldapsone, the major metabolite, and other mono and diacetyl derivatives, and subsequently deacetylated back to diaminodiphenylsulfone (dapsone) until a state of equilibrium is achieved.

体内配方配制方法：取 μL DMSO母液，加入 μL PEG300，混匀澄清后加入μL Tween 80，混匀澄清后加入 μL saline，混匀澄清。
