Gutathione S-transferase(谷胱甘肽S-转移酶)

GSTs (Glutathione s-transferases)is a detoxification enzyme that catalyze the binding of electrophilic substrates to glutathione. They involved in removal of ROS, inhibition of Jun kinase and can conjugate non-catalytically to various ligands.
