DLK1 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 288 amino acids (24-303 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 30.7kDa (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). DLK1 is fused to an 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Delta-Like 1, also known as DLK1 is amember of the Notch/Delta/Serrate family of epidermal growth factor (EGF)-likerepeat-containing proteins which act as ligands in the Notch signaling pathway.Furthermore, DLK1 has six highly conserved epidermal-growth-factor motifs andit also contains up to ten O-glycosylation and N-glycosylation locations, sixof them are differentially glycosylated.
