Vopratelimab(MouseIgG2a) is a monoclonal antibody that selectively targetsInducible CO-Stimulator of T cells (ICOS). The variable region ofVopratelimab(MouseIgG2a) is consistent with that ofVopratelimab, while the constant region is of MouseIgG2asequence.Vopratelimab(MouseIgG2a) has antitumor immune response and enhances combinatorial efficacy with anti-PD-1 therapy[1].
