Description

Anti-Mouse/Rat IL-17A Antibody (17F3) is a mouse-derived IgG1κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse and rat IL-17A. Anti-Mouse IL-17A Antibody (17F3) can neutralize IL-17. Anti-Mouse/Rat IL-17A Antibody (17F3) can be used for the researches of infection, immunology and metabolic disease, such as M.intracellulare infection and diabetes[1][2][3].

In Vivo, Anti-Mouse/Rat IL-17A Antibody (17F3) (100 μg, i.p., every other day for 11 days) shows potent anti-infective effective in M.intracellulare-infected mice models[1].

Anti-Mouse/Rat IL-17A Antibody (17F3) (0.5 mg/dose, i.p., 3 times/week) reduces autoimmune infiltrates in immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-treated mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse/Rat IL-17A Antibody (17F3) (200 μg, i.p., twice weekly until week 12) is protective against diabetic nephropathy in streptozotocin -induced diabetic mice[3].

实验参考方法

Animal Model: M.intracellulare-infected mice models (C57BL/6, female, 6-8 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every other day for 11 days
Result: Reduced IL-17A levels and increased IL-4 and IL-22 levels.
Decreased the date rate of infectious mice.
Reduced bacteria.
Significantly reduced subsequent granulomatous and fibrotic changes in the lungs.
Increased the number of DCs and NK cells in the lungs.
Reduced MMP-3 production.
