Acetocarmine (Aceto Carmine) is a commonly used alkaline dye used for nuclear staining, chromosome fixation, and staining. To observe the mitosis of plant cells, chromosomes need to be stained with alkaline solution, and acetic acid magenta or gentian violet staining solution can be chosen. To observe whether the pollen is in the mononuclear stage, acetic acid carmine can be used for pollen detection.
Acetic acid carmine solution, also known as acetic acid carmine staining solution or acetic acid carmine staining solution, is mainly composed of high concentrations of acetic acid, carmine, etc., with an acidic pH value. Mainly used for staining the nucleus of samples such as pollen, animal and plant tissue slices, and can also be used for mitochondrial staining.
注意事项
1)本品每次使用后需拧紧盖子密闭保存，否则染色效率会降低。
2)本品含弱酸具刺激性气味，请做好防护措施。

操作步骤(仅作参考)
1、对于花粉类颗粒
取少量花粉置于载玻片，滴加适量醋酸洋红染色液，充分混合，即刻盖片染色10~30min，吸去多余液体，立即在显微镜下观察。
2、对于动植物切片
常规处理切片(比如:脱蜡至水)，滴加适量醋酸洋红染色液染色5~20min，自来水冲洗，封片，立即在显微镜下观察。
3、对于部分新鲜植物组织(如:洋葱表皮)
直接浸染于醋酸洋红染色液5~20min，自来水冲洗2~3min，置于载玻片并盖上盖玻片，立即在显微镜下观察。
[注意]:若染色效果不佳，请在酒精灯上迅速来回轻烤几次，目的破坏染色质，从而使得细胞核着色。

DMSO母液配制方法： mg 药物溶于 μL DMSO溶液（母液浓度 mg/mL，
体内配方配制方法：取 μL DMSO母液，加入 μL PEG300，混匀澄清后加入μL Tween 80，混匀澄清后加入 μL saline，混匀澄清。
1. 首先保证母液是澄清的；
2.
一定要按照顺序依次将溶剂加入，进行下一步操作之前必须保证上一步操作得到的是澄清的溶液，可采用涡旋、超声或水浴加热等物理方法助溶。
