Dehydroandrographolide is extracted from herbal medicine Andrographis paniculata Nees. Dehydroandrographolide reduces oxidative stress in LPS-induced acute lung injury by inactivating iNOS. Dehydroandrographolide has anti-infective activity[1][2][3].
